Locations Used in Bridge of Sighs
Most of the settings used in 'Bridge of Sighs' are real places though one of the most most important, the Sutherland Viking Haven, is fictional. This is set in a landscape that will seem familiar to anyone who knows the area well. Fearnoch Forest is based on the real Duartmore Forest, and Loch Fasgadh is based on the real Loch Shark, though in both cases changes have been made to the topography for the sake of the story.
